Like you, we want your products to get to you as soon as possible. La Plazita LLC is committed to processing all orders in a timely manner.
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). Please Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping time is determined by the carrier, and may take anywhere between 2-6 business days for domestic orders (excluding weekends and Holidays). Please expect longer shipping time during sales and Holidays or for International orders.
Shipping and handling is a flat rate base on distance and weight.
DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE

At La Plazita LLC, we take great care in packing your products. We package all orders using bubble wrap or packaging peanuts. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please make a claim directly with UPS/USPS.
DEFECTIVE

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
At this time, we are not able to cancel or adjust an order after it has been made. We recommend reviewing your order thoroughly prior to completing your transaction. Thank you for your understanding.
Any authorized order cancellations are subject to 15% processing fees and will be deducted from the total order amount.
